Nanette Tredoux is a Psychologist born and educated in South Africa. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Johannesburg (Formerly RAU) and is registered with the Health Professions Council of SA in three categories: Research Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Counseling Psychology. Nanette has had 30 years experience in the development and support of psychological assessment instruments, and was one of the pioneers of computer-assisted assessment technology in South Africa, programming computerised tests since the late 1970's. She spent eighteen years with the NIPR/HSRC, two years with SHL South Africa, and became involved with Psytech South Africa when the company was founded in October 1998. Nanette has consulted widely on the subject of computerised assessment, and has made numerous conference presentations on the subject. In 1999 she was a keynote speaker at the British Psychological Society's Test User's Conference in Scarborough. Nanette currently serves on the Professional Board for Psychology as an elected member, and lectures part-time at the University of Johannesburg. Her email address is nanette@psytech.co.za Laurence Paltiel is well-known as a Chartered Psychologist and trainer of test users in the United Kingdom and internationally. He is a published author and experienced conference speaker. CEO of Psytech international, he has initiated and participated in the development of numerous tests and questionnaires, and his instruments are used internationally. Laurence was born in Belgium and spent his formative years in Cape Town. South African issues such as fairness and appropriate test use are very important to him. Gillian Schultz is a registered psychometrist (independent practice) and also the Psytech SA office manager. Her responsibilities include bureau scoring and reporting, psychometric testing services and related consulting, and support and consulting on Psytech products. Clayton Donnelly is an intern psychologist and consults on assessment, job analysis and training. Clayton has many years experience in HR service and consulting and has trained locally and overseas. His email address is clayton@pytech.co.za Lolli Chetty is product and support consultant at Psytech South Africa and assists with installation of software, questions about the product range and prices, and difficulties in the use of the software and online facilities.
