Annette has been Psytech SA's bookkeeper since about 2003. If you do not understand your statement, or you do not understand the difference between a statement and an invoice, Annette is the lady you need to speak to. You also need to understand that one of Annette's main functions is to protect the soft-hearted psychology professionals in the company from their innate generosity. We bring in the money, but Annette keeps us solvent.

Clement Petersen is a registered psychometrist as well as a registered counsellor. Clement joined Psytech after extensive experience in coordinating the psychometric services, the training of interns and the offering of CPD activities at the University of Johannesburg. Clement's background is professionally very sound and he brings a particular awareness of ethics and professional practice to his role at Psytech. Furthermore, Clement is sharing his skills in using the social networking features of the Internet to Psytech's advantage.

Karen is a former teacher, and a highly experienced psychometrist (independent practice). Karen acted as the coordinator for the psychometrist training program at the University of Johannesburg before venturing into the private sector, and Psytech is privileged to have her with us. Currently completing a research Masters degree, Karen is knowledgeable about a wide range of tests and skilled at doing individual assessments as well as group assessments.

Currently completing her internship as Industrial Psychologist with Psytech SA, Elke Gevers brings extensive experience as a Human Resources manager to her role as consultant. Now in the final stages of completing her Masters in Industrial Psychology on the subject of executive remuneration with a focus on business ethics, Elke has a special awareness of HR procedures and organisational processes. Elke also delivers Psytech training courses, does assessment projects and advises clients on the best use of Psytech instruments.

Lolly Chetty

Lolly Chetty is Psytech SA's longest serving staff member, apart from the directors. Lolly has a background in business management and is a qualified training coordinator. She is currently completing her Honours in Industrial Psychology. At present Lolly is Psytech SA's expert on the GeneSys for Windows system and the online system. She does the basic and advanced GeneSys training and also supports the users of the software.
