Writing integrated competency based reports
Course outline: Writing reports on psychological tests
Computer requirement:
Delegates should bring a laptop computer to the course.
The computer must have a word processor and a spreadsheet installed on it.
Pre-workshop preparation
Delegates will receive a CD with several documents two weeks before the commencement of the course.
The documents will consist of a scenario containing background on a company, competencies for a position, and a set of anonymised test results on several candidates, including computer-generated reports, as well as the manuals for the relevant tests.
Delegates are required to come to the workshop with their own preliminary integrated reports drafted for the six report types outlined below (The candidate for the individual reports will be identified for them). During the course, they will be reworking and refining their own reports with guidance from the course leader, and benefiting from group discussion with the other delegates.
