The Jung Type Indicator (JTI) is a short, psychometrically robust personality questionnaire that does not use norms, because it is a measure of typology. It is not intended for use in selection, but rather for growth, development, and team building. It measures four personality scales and sixteen personality types. It comprises of 60 items, and can take as little as 10 minutes to complete. The report is very easy to interpret and give feedback on, and focuses on behaviour at work.
